This is an industrial drafting stool made by Kewaunee MFG in the 1930s in the USA. The stool has an automatic adjustable feature, allowing the user to slide the seat up or down to adjust the height. The seat height can be adjusted within a range of 47 cm to 67 cm. Additionally, the backrest can also be adjusted. The seat is made of solid wood, while the backrest and base are made of metal. The original manufacturer's label is attached to the backrest, and the original operating instructions label is located on the bottom of the seat. The chair has been refurbished with new lacquer and stain on the seat.
