We have two mid-century adjustable desk lamps with a black and wood grain base, a tan metal stem, and a tap plastic shade. The lamps are marked on the bottom with "Electrix Stamford CT., USA" and are listed by Underwriters Laboratories (there is a label on the base). They have a US plug 110V and come equipped with an EU plug and voltage converter.
