More about this piece

The "Ten-Twenty" school desk was first introduced in the 1950s in the United States. It was created by the Seating Company, which was the leading manufacturer of public furniture at the time. This desk for children comes equipped with a height-adjustable and swiveling chair, as well as a table that can be adjusted in height and has a folding top and storage space. The table has two locked positions. Even after the 1970s, this school desk still perfectly meets all the practical needs of young students. We have preserved the original cream varnish in the storage space, but we have sanded the outer metal parts down to pig iron and coated them with a transparent varnish. This contrast between the wood and raw metal highlights the desk's dynamic, round shapes. Additionally, we have one piece in stock that retains its original paint.
